- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and field leadership.
- Protect the property, maintain an organized work area, and leave the jobsite clean.
- Review assigned work, confirm site conditions, and coordinate needed materials before beginning.
- Inspect the surrounding plumbing system for conditions that could affect the repair or installation.
- Test completed work and confirm the system is operating properly before closing the job.
- Explain the completed work, relevant care information, and practical next steps to the customer.
- Recognize when conditions require added approval or support and involve field leadership before the scope changes.
